Pastor Adam Wilson
Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Adam was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. He loves the outdoors—especially hunting, fishing, and playing golf—but his greatest joy is spending time with his family: his wonderful wife, Brooks, and their two boys, Andrew and Bradley.
At fourteen, Adam placed his faith in Christ, and by seventeen, he surrendered to the call to ministry. He began his ministry journey working with the youth at his home church, South Florence Baptist Church (SFBC), where he was both saved and ordained. He later served as the Youth Pastor at Coward Baptist Church, where the Lord movingly changed the lives of sixteen teenagers who were baptized over an eighteen-month period. Following his time there, the Lord led him back to SFBC to serve as Assistant to the Pastor, before ultimately calling him to lead Santee Baptist Church in 2023.

Youth Pastor
Daniel White — Youth Pastor
Daniel White serves as our Youth Pastor, leading our students with passion and dedication. He and his wife, Amanda, have been members of Santee Baptist Church since 2020 and are blessed with five children: Faith, Hope, Love, Aaron, and Samantha.
Daniel brings a wealth of ministry experience to our team, having previously served as the Pastor of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Beech Island, SC, and as the Associate Pastor of Concord Baptist Church in Sumter. Together, Daniel and Amanda are a blessing to our teenagers.
Music/Choir Director
Rachel Drose — Music Director & Pianist
Mrs. Rachel Drose accepted Christ as her Savior at the tender age of eight. When she was seventeen, her family moved to the lake area, where they rooted themselves in the community and joined Santee Baptist Church. Rachel was happily married to her husband, Don Drose, for 50 wonderful years, and together they raised three children: Donnie, Amanda, and Will.
Rachel is a profound blessing to our church family. Since 1986, she has faithfully poured her heart into the music ministry at Santee Baptist Church—playing the piano, leading the choir, and guiding our congregation in worship each week. We are immensely blessed by her talent, her longevity, and her devoted heart for worship!
Pianist/Organist
Maria Brown — Pianist & Organist
Mrs. Maria Brown trusted Christ as her Savior at ten years old, and by the age of twelve, she was already using her musical gifts to play the piano for her church. Maria has been a faithful member of Santee Baptist Church since 1991, beautifully serving our congregation on both the piano and the organ.
Maria is married to her husband, Keith, and together they are wonderful, dedicated servants of our Lord and Savior. Having been a cornerstone of our church family for over three decades, Maria and Keith possess a deep love for Santee Baptist and a wealth of knowledge about its history and ministry. We are truly blessed by their servant hearts!
